The Office of Minority Health is filled with information.
Child Trends is a not-for-profit that has great databanks by topic. Click on the Research tab to search by topic or to view data by state. The Databank contains data sorted by life stage: pregnancy, birth, infancy, childhood, adolescence, etc. The What Works tab contains a searchable database of over 700 evaluated programs serving children and youth, and research based on those evaluations
The CDC Community Navigator contains resources in 4 different action areas. You can click on different target areas (like target risk factors -- obesity, for example), for population and area, and then find evidence-based interventions.
