If you're having a technical issue with the library, such as you have forgotten your password or your account needs to be reauthorized, you will need to contact our Help Desk.
The Help Desk can be reached in the following ways:
- Click on Help in the navigation bar to be taken to our Support Center
- Use the blue Help button in the lower right corner of any library webpage to contact us
- Visit the Support Center to search the Knowledge Base or create a ticket
- Email the Help Desk at techsupport@cgi.edu
