The literature: How do you know if it is good, bad, or mediocre?
Use Your Time Wisely

Connect with your HonorHealth Librarian, pronto.  You may be searching for a topic, narrowing down an idea, or performing a literature search. We can help with all of that!

Do a literature search with your librarian, and then read the literature. Use your librarian to chase down the cutting edge, the historical, and other elusive resources.  Settling for the results of a single literature search, or the easy-to-find, may limit mastery of your topic.  A librarian can add certainty to your work.

Read Widely, Evaluate Carefully
Your literature search is more than finding and reading articles. You need to differentiate between low- and high-quality studies, and appreciate differences among study designs.
